This includes:Ensure that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirementsCommunicate effectively with residents, medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and relativesProvide leadership and supervision of AINsBe flexible and passionate about aged care.Skills and Experience:Endorsed by APHRA (essential).Aged Care experience beneficialPrevious experience as a RN in AustraliaTertiary qualifications in NursingStrong knowledge of Aged Care Quality StandardsA good understanding of contemporary aged care, clinical practice, and clinical leadership in a residential setting.Ability to problem solve, negotiate, mediate, and resolve conflict.Great communication skills and confidence to lead and actively contribute to the team.Strive for excellence in customer service and promote an environment of harmony and trust.Demonstrated high-level organisational and time management skills.Excellent written documentation and assessment skills.A good knowledge of the aged care accreditation standards.We provide staff with a safe and supportive environment.
