The hotel has 120 guest rooms, a large restaurant and cafe, and a small conference room.

Job Description

Be part of the excitement of the Accor family, with limitless career opportunities and incredible benefits. With true work/life balance, this role is a part-time position of 2 shifts per week. We are flexible with which days and willing to work around the right candidate.
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part Time Night Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
What will you be doing? Managing the hotel overnight in the absence of the General ManagerComplete audits of daily revenue and postings, making adjustments where neededCollate paperwork and reports for finance and managementProvide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling, and providing hotel informationSettle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurateMaintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyMaintain the hotel's standard of professionalismBe analytical and possess an eye for detailAssist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in a variety of check and balance proceduresAssist with food & drink service in Distrikt Cafe and help out when needed in the restaurant and bar Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include:
Guest-obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentAbility to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems ariseClear and confident communication skills – both written and verbalAttention to detail and a keen eye for numbersKnowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera.RSA and First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencement Additional Information
