Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to the Fleet Operations Manager and work alongside motivated and energetic teammates. You'll be responsible for leading a team of technicians to deliver planned and corrective maintenance activities across the Sydney Light Rail Fleet.
We'll look to you for:
Efficient utilisation of staff and resources to achieve contractual targets and targets set by the Fleet Manager and Project Director.Ensuring that Occupational Health and Safety and quality procedures are developed, maintained and adhered to at all times.Overseeing the in-depth fault finding, servicing and repair of the LRVs (Light Rail Vehicles).Training and mentoring your team to ensure they have the right tools, equipment and competency required to perform the work.Leading process improvements and new ways of working within the depot.Driving efficiency within the team to ensure the improvement of availability and fleet performance.All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
