We have a new opportunity for a Night Hygiene Shift Manager to join our growing team at Florette in Lichfield.You'll be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and supervision of our Hygiene Team, ensuring our site hygiene procedures are carried out in a safe and timely manner. You and your team will maintain hygiene standards across the processing plant, associated equipment, and the peripheral and social areas of the factory. We have a recipe for success through our EPIC values and working together as one team.Main ResponsibilitiesManaging a team of Hygiene Operatives to maintain a high standard of hygiene.Ensure microbiological results comply with targets and specification. Investigate all out of specification results.Brief team at the start of every shift on safety and performance. Take necessary action to meet specified requirements.Train and monitor hygiene staff in adherence to company training procedures for all tasks.Develop and motivate teams to continuously improve levels of cleanliness.Develop strong working relationships with other departments & colleagues to drive continuous improvement in site standards.Document current validated processes in a clear and understandable way that is consistent with site QMS.Liaise daily with production team leader regarding "sign off" of cleaning and any other issues.Liaise with maintenance regarding issues with plant equipment and opportunities to improve hygiene's efficiency.Skills and Experience RequiredProven leadership skills.
