We are looking for our next Full-Time Night Duty Manager to join the ibis Styles team.
Job DescriptionAs Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and creating a safe, sound and exceptional guest journey from night until morning.
Your Primary duties & responsibilities include:
Manager on duty for the hotel, including check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries.Perform night audit functions, ensuring proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage.Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night.QualificationsYour experience and skills include: Full Australian Working Rights - this role is not available for sponsorship.Service-focused personality and the love of working through the night is essential.Ability to work flexible schedule, including ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays; shift hours are from 11pm – 7am.A good understanding of finance and accounting practices.Extensive knowledge of Front Office operations - essential.Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system.Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.Multi-tasker that is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage conflicting priorities.Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.Additional InformationEmployee Benefits Daily lunch options provided.Staff discounts in the restaurant.Accor employee staff rates at any Accor property worldwide.Food and Beverage discounts at Accor outlets.Inner city location - public transport options at our door.Friendly and inclusive team.Career growth and learning and development.Come and join our Stylish Heartist Team today!
