About this role
This includes the complete daily auditing and accounting tasks such as reconciling guest accounts, the balance of revenue and payments, and preparing financial reports.
The role is also responsible to ensure the safety and security of our guests and team and liaise with other hotel departments, providing systematic communication to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Reception & Concierge duties as well including check-in, check-out, & valet parking.
About you
The ability to multi-task
A team player with a knack for enhancing guest experiences.
You think outside the box and enjoy problem solving
Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Impeccable attention to detail and grooming standards is essential.
A background in Front Office operations or prior hotel experience is preferred and experience with Opera PMS is a bonus
Passion for hotels and their guests
Available to work a flexible schedule over seven days, including late nights and public holidays.
A valid New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willing to obtain
A valid First Aid Certificate including Provide Pulmonary Resuscitation Certificate or willing to obtain
Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Australia, as sponsorship will not be provided.
Previous experience as a Night Team staff is preferred but not essential
