You will discover a company that values individual excellence, prides itself in providing the highest level of service, and is innovative and customer driven.In this role as Night Auditor and Porter you will be required to complete the night audit process and coordinate the security of the hotel as well as checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls, and taking reservations.Key Duties:Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stayAudit and balance reports from the day shiftsSchedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following dayVerify that all EOD work has been performed by other departmentsRespond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as neededAnswer phones and place reservationsRun EOD computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shiftPrepare guest bills for next-day checkouts and process reservation cardsBalance cash drawers and record receiptsKey Requirements:Previous security and reception work an advantageExcellent communication and guest relations skillsTraining in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) an advantageFantastic attention to detailPassion for hospitality and customer serviceHigh presentation standardsGood time managementReliable and honestSelf motivatedWhat are you waiting for?
