Job DescriptionEnsure all guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in the most professional way and without delay.Ensure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork produced.Ensure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shifts.All complaints to be handled promptly and efficiently.Follow company guidelines for adeptly handling emergency situations.Complete all audit tasks as specified by the Night Auditors checklist. Qualifications1-2 years of Front Office or hotel outlet experience preferred.Must be able to work rotating night shifts (11:00 pm - 7:00 am), including weekends and public holidays.Requires strong communication, computer literacy, attention to detail, and customer service skills; may include covering Night Supervisor duties based on performance.
