As a Night All Rounder, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Overnight operations of the front deskGreeting and registering of owners and guestsProviding information to local area attractions, completion of all department related paperworkUsing all communication equipment including telephones, facsimiles and computersWhat You'll Bring? Previous experience within a similar hotel position is highly regardedPrevious experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageousAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidaysGenuine passion for customer service and the local areaStrong interpersonal skills and immaculate presentation/professional grooming standardsHow You'll Be Rewarded?
