As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for auditing the day's transactions, ensuring all accounting and reporting requirements are met, and overseeing cashiering policies.
Your role will continuously be supporting the Assistant Night Manager & Night Manager working to optimize hotel operations and profitability.What you will be doingAuditing and balancing daily trading transactions before postingCompleting accounting and reporting requirements in line with hotel policiesFollowing and enforcing cashiering policiesEnsuring your team maintains a professional appearance at all timesAssisting with the implementation of best practice proceduresConducting regular security and safety walk-throughs to identify risksStaying informed about current room rates, yield management strategies, and promotions, and educating the team accordinglyAnticipating and exceeding guest expectations, contributing to an unforgettable guest experience.What we are looking forA passion for the service and hospitality industry.Excellent customer relations, problem solving and communication skillsTo achieve a level of service quality that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of guests.Proven experience within a hotel or similar experience, night supervisory roles ideal.
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.Excellent time management and problem solving skills.Your communication skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests, while your customer service excellence ensures they feel valued and cared for during their stay.
This is a vital part of creating an exceptional guest experience at the resort.Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
