About the role We are seeking a true industry professional with a passion for guest relations who wishes to join a vibrant and energetic team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager & Night Manager, you will be involved in all matters affecting overnight guest service and hotel operations to ensure our guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout their stay.
This is a part-time role and you will be required to work a rotating roster which will include weekends and public holidays. The shifts are generally 11:00pm to 7:00am, however may require you to finish late during busy times.
