Job Description

Conduct nightly audits of hotel financials and transactions
Maintain accuracy in reporting and support with the daily financial close
Provide seamless guest service with a luxury standard mindset
Monitor security and ensure guest safety throughout the night
Manage Opera Cloud software to maintain data accuracy and efficient check-in/out processes
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Process payments and manage guest accounts.
Always uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism
Assist with the delivery of guest requests overnight including dining and amenities
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience in a similar night auditing role, with essential expertise in Opera Cloud
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A luxury-focused approach with impeccable service standards
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in using hotel management software (Opera Cloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Availability to work from 11:00pm - 7:00am, with shifts ranging Monday - Sunday
