We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for completing overnight audit duties while also providing friendly and professional service to our valued guests. Your Opportunity: Conducting overnight audit procedures with precision and accuracy. Maintaining guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments and generating daily reports, while working closely with the Night Manager. Providing exceptional customer service as you check-in/check-out guests and assist with general enquiries at the Front Desk. Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Assisting with administrative tasks to support smooth operations. Qualifications Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with Opera Cloud or other hotel management software is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
