Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests' challenges.
Some of the responsibilities include: Preparing guest welcome packets and VIP reports.Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.Complete the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner.Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
Make deposits of cash.Audit Food & Beverage cashiers' work and correct discrepancies.Run daily Flash Reports and distribute accordingly.Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need:
Outstanding guest service skills, sophisticated verbal & written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Similar role experience highly regarded.Knowledge of Opera is desirable.Well-developed communication skills.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
