Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests' challenges.
Some of the responsibilities include: Preparing guest welcome packets and VIP reports.Providing excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.Handling all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.Completing the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner.Balancing all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift and making deposits of cash.Auditing Food & Beverage cashiers' work and correcting discrepancies.Running daily Flash Reports and distributing accordingly.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Similar role experience highly regarded.Knowledge of Opera is desirable.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
