Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to support our overnight operations at the hotel, providing coverage during our team members' annual leave. In this casual role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient overnight experience while delivering friendly and professional service to our valued guests.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Night Manager.
Providing exceptional customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with inquiries at the Front Desk.
Ensuring clear and effective communication of any issues during handovers at the start and end of each shift.

Qualifications
During the night shift, you will be working independently, so previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred. We're looking for candidates with the following skills:

Strong computer proficiency, with experience in Opera Cloud being advantageous.
A guest-centric mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for guests.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
