The Night Auditor role is vital to the smooth operation of overnight services, with responsibilities including auditing and reconciling daily financial transactions to ensure all accounts are balanced and align with established policies and procedures. In addition, the role involves assisting with room service orders and deliveries, supporting Concierge services, and providing exceptional guest services to enhance front desk operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Night Manager, assisting with various overnight duties as required, ensuring seamless operations and an outstanding guest experience.
Skills & Experience Proficiency with OPERA Property Management System or similar hotel systems.Strong attention to detail.Exceptional problem-solving abilities.Professional demeanour and presentation.Effective time management.Collaborative and team-oriented work ethic.Open Class C Drivers License.Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.This role is perfect for a well-rounded individual looking to advance their career in Rooms Operations or for an established Night Audit professional eager to thrive in a positive and supportive workplace culture!
