We have an opportunity for a Night Audit Supervisor to join our fast-paced and dynamic front office team, on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Working overnight from 11pm to 7am.A part-time position with 30 hours guaranteed per week over a regular roster, including weekends and public holidays.Assist the Night Manager on Duty with daily balancing and reconciliation, across the night audit process.Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of our guest's stay.Maintain a high level of professionalism, maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as required.Take responsibility of Manager on Duty tasks and responsibilities in their absence. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Excellent verbal and written communication skills contributing to positive customer service experience, preferably working within a Front Office department within a Hotel or Resort.Competent computer user with competency in the Microsoft Suite preferred and experience with Opera PMS highly regarded.An ability to work overnight shifts across a 7-day roster, with the availability to work shifts across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.Previous Night Audit experience preferable.
