Job DescriptionYour duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Working overnight from 11pm to 7am, with the availability to work shifts across the 7 days, including weekends and public holidaysConduct daily balancing and reconciliation, across the night audit processProvide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and for the duration of our guest's stayMaintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentationAssist guests with luggage and other concierge duties as requiredActively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guestsQualificationsExceptional customer service experience, preferably within a hotel Front Office departmentExcellent time management skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining high-level awareness of your surroundingsA naturally confident personality with the ability to approach people and initiate conversationCompetent computer skills (experience in Opera is desirable)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?
