What We're Looking For: A leader ready to Rise and Succeed , driving exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators. Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Education (or equivalent). Experience managing a childcare service, with a track record of fostering strong, engaged teams. Valid Working with Children Check , First Aid , Anaphylaxis , and Asthma Certificates (or willingness to obtain). A commitment to the little things that make a big difference—the "1 percenters."
