SOLUTIONS DESIGN/CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS MANAGER – TRANSPORT This role leads the success of our customer solutions. Our client is a well-known global logistics and transport company providing packaged delivery across the country. They are looking for a Solutions Design/Customer Solutions Manager to lead a team, work directly with customers and to influence stakeholders in the delivery of innovative, transport and warehousing supply-chain solutions. They are not looking for IT specialists rather process and delivery solutions specialists.
In this collaborative role, you will: Develop strategies and solutions that reflect a deep understanding of both new and existing customer needs. Leverage insights to design industry-leading, cost-effective, and innovative solutions. Stay informed on industry developments and market trends through ongoing research. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive key objectives. Align resources and lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, customer-focused solutions, upholding our commitment to being the Provider of Choice. To succeed in this role, you will bring: A minimum of 5 years' experience in transport, with a proven track record in start-up operations and developing new products or services. At least 3 years' experience in a commercial role, ideally with exposure to business development or operations. A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proven expertise in negotiating with customers and stakeholders. Exceptional organisational, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. A proactive mindset, with the ability to see the 'big picture' and drive innovative solutions.
