General Office Administrator / Site Support - Full Time Nicholl Holdings Pty. Ltd. - Cairns - Far North QLD
Full time position available for a professional and dedicated Office Administrator - must have a multitude of general admin skills, including Accounts and Payroll / data entry experience.
The ideal candidate would need to have some experience in these areas. The position will support the needs of our clinics, with the applicant working at our Administration Office located in Cairns (off site from the clinic) - they will however have to travel to Townsville initially, expenses paid, to understand the workings for future support duties.
Minimum / Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with multi-tasking abilities Basic working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel Basic accounts experience, with preference in use of Accounting Software eg: MYOB, Xero or Quickbooks Accurate typing skills including numeracy, good time management / ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail / accuracy, active listening attributes Confidentially analyse and follow up information, to answer queries and resolve problems with maturity, including some basic HR support Take direction, however, be able to work autonomously Current Drivers' licence, to be able to drive company automatic vehicles Responsibilities: Roster data entry Data entry accounts / payroll Collating paperwork for payroll and data entry 3rd party documentation processing / follow up Site stock orders / equipment Maintenance matters / follow up Ongoing close liaison with Management, Practice Manager and Team Leaders at clinics Reports (various) Remote site access, for administration and processing purposes Attend meetings / take minutes Various administrative duties, including at times HR assistance, paperwork for inductions, staff training etc Preferable: Experience working in administration Personal assistant experience, able to help others and understand priority tasks / deadlines Confidently analyse and follow up information to answer queries, problem-solving abilities Salary position, will require commitment of 5 days per week / 38 hrs - between 8am and 4.30pm (Mon to Fri) in support of the site. May require minimal extra hours at times.
