Key Responsibilities: Coordinate rail container deliveries across local Perth areas.
Manage inbound freight and ensure all paperwork is accounted for and accurate.

Review and verify associated paperwork to ensure compliance and avoid discrepancies.
Assist the Customer Service team with enquiries and problem-solving.
Be mindful of the budget and practice cost control to optimise operations.
What We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years experience in transport logistics coordination, ideally with a focus on rail container movements.
Strong administrative skills, able to manage paperwork efficiently and accurately.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff, supply chain and customer service teams.
Ability to prioritise work and manage competing tasks.
Ability to plan and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
