This role will see you:
Promote and sell nib's Private Health Insurance products and services through inbound channels; by partnering with members to ensure we understand their needs and provide suitable solutions. Ensure nib members are fully informed with accurate information about their product and entitlements. Be open to growth and learning, and be part of a team culture that supports one another and celebrates our success. We are looking for someone who can speak to a range of different customers from all walks of life and someone who is confident in asking for the sale, while offering exceptional service.
Successful applicants must be available to commence training and employment on 24th February 2025. Due to our business requirements, we are looking for folk who can work shifts starting from 11am – 12:30pm. The initial training and orientation will take place over one month at our beautiful Newcastle office 9am - 5pm. During this time, you will have the opportunity to meet your new teammates and get settled into your role. After completing the initial training period, you'll benefit from our flexible hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home up to 80% of the time.
