About the role As the Director Technology Strategy and Architecture, you will be pivotal in ensuring innovation and harmony in our technology investments to support our evolution as a modern regulator.
This will be a positive and impressive program of work requiring exceptional strategic capability to balance business strategy, diverse stakeholder groups, and emerging technologies into comprehensive technology strategies.
Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, it is important that you have the following experience:
Technology & IT Strategy: Business application of technology, setting strategic direction, investment roadmap management, and business case experience. Innovation: Technology-focused experience in identifying and exploring new value streams enabled by emerging technologies. Enterprise Architecture: Experience in setting the strategy for architecture, driving business architecture, value chain, and enterprise alignment. Leadership: Experience in coaching and developing diverse teams and contributing to thought leadership in technology. Stakeholder engagement: Accomplished at C-suite communication, stakeholder management, and cross-divisional relationship development.
