What is the opportunity? Oakey Beef Exports is currently offering a full-time Work Health and Safety Business Partner. Position responsibilities: WHS, Quality and Environmental project inspections and audit in compliance with OBEX Management System. Report hazards, nonconformances and implement improvements. Provide support for the HSE process, including incident investigation and reporting functions. Assist with weekly and monthly project reporting requirements. Assist in the management of compliance registers and inspections. Assist with safety meetings and training sessions. Drive and implement health and wellbeing initiatives. Inspect workplace, activities and related tools and equipment to ensure compliance with regulations. You will be the perfect fit for this role if: Demonstrate integrity and a professional attitude to work. Good communication skills on all levels are essential. Reliable, respectful, and punctual. High level of computer literacy. A strong focus on safety for all team members. A commitment to personal learning and development. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
