About the role Reporting to the General Manager People & Capability, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our P&C team in Brisbane. You will assist with addressing new recruitment requirements as a result of growth, and be engaged on a project basis to play a crucial role as part of a fast paced, agile, business partnering focused team that delivers end to end support to our people across Australia and New Zealand.
About you You will be an enthusiastic and strategic recruiter with a genuine desire to deliver top quality service to key client groups across Australia and New Zealand. You will provide support across the entire resourcing lifecycle, from gathering requirements for new opportunities, advertising, selection and assessment, reference checking and liaising with the hiring managers.
To be successful you will demonstrate:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment practices in a fast paced, multi-site environment or similar; Experience with talent management/recruitment software (Workday/Martian Logic experience would be advantageous); Experience in talent attraction and designing recruitment advertising; Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple lines of business, disciplines and regions around Australia and New Zealand; An ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners; The ability to introduce new and innovative thinking into resourcing practices; Strong organizational and recruitment administration skills; The ability to prioritize and manage your own workload, with an adaptable and resilient mindset; This is a busy and varied role where you will need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to multi-task with ease.
