Key areas of the role are:
Growing and leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants Client / account management along with a reduced billable portfolio of your own Capability building within the team and maximizing staff engagement in an ever-changing external climate Supporting the area leader with KPI management and team goal setting You will be a natural leader who is craving that next step in their career, with the full backing and support of highly experienced senior management.
Right now, it's likely that you are either a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant who has experience mentoring or have around 1-2 years' experience in Rehab Consulting and now ready to make that move up.
It is essential that you are either OT, EP, Physio, or Rehab Counseling trained, with relevant full Australian registration.
