At present, they are growing their Speech team by 2 clinicians and can look at both new graduate and experienced/senior clinicians.

Our client's grounds are purpose-built for children, with an enviable landscape of sensory and play equipment, along with large spaces for group and individual therapy.
The team onsite covers a range of services including OT, Speech, Psych, dietetics, and more, so you'll enjoy working in a large multi-disciplinary team.
While clinicians onsite do work across in-clinic and in schools/community, there is scope to have predominantly in-clinic work based on preferences.
Key areas of the role are:
Initial assessments, as well as development, implementation, and delivery of therapeutic services for children accessing the service.
Work collaboratively with other clinicians on care plans that deliver tailored services for children with developmental needs or delays.
Visiting clients in clinic or at school/home (optional) to provide person-centered, evidence-based care.
For Senior Speech Pathologists, supporting and mentoring new grads in the team and working on training plans with the clinical lead.

To be considered, it is essential you have:
Full SPA registration, full working rights, and willingness to obtain a WWCC.
Strong interest in supporting children with developmental needs or delays.
Ideally a full licence and access to a vehicle; however, onsite-only roles may be considered.
