Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business.
We have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join the team at our site in Pemulwuy.

The key focus of this role will be to:
Lead and manage the production activities to achieve the most effective outcome in support of business objectives Ensure timely movement of incoming goods to their designated location.
Lead the team in a hands-on manner to ensure productivity targets are met and continuously challenge established standards Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately (including receipting of inward and outward goods).
Lead safety by example through consistent actions and zero tolerance for unsafe conditions and behaviours Conduct quality checks to ensure that the quality of goods being dispatched is of a high standard We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.

For this role, we would like you to have:
5+ years of experience in leading teams, ideally in a warehousing/manufacturing/production environment A current LF forklift licence (counterbalance and high-reach), with 5+ years' experience Good knowledge of modern manufacturing and supply chain processes A strong sense of self-drive and a continuous improvement mindset Intermediate knowledge in using Excel Good organisational skills – communication, teamwork, problem solving, negotiation, and time management Applications are open to both internal and external candidates.
