The Role The Finance Department is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Accountant to join the team as a full-time member.
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Provide insightful commentary on Operations performance identifying opportunities to drive cost savings Monthly Reporting and analysis of the Operation business Create business case financials for operations Capex proposal, ensuring key risks and alternatives are considered Budgeting and Forecasting You will enjoy being an active team member, participate in any ad hoc finance projects, and provide support to other team members to ensure there is adequate coverage within the Finance Team.

We are seeking someone who has a strong FMCG operational accounting background, who has the ability to convey ideas and facts using language the audience will best understand.
You will be someone who has a strong work ethic with attention to detail, who strives for high results and has a willingness to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
The successful applicant will hold a CPA/CA qualification, with three plus years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing/Logistics environment. A preference would be for someone who has had FMCG operational experience.
Skilled in utilizing MS Office applications, Power BI (preferred but not essential). You will be someone who has strong analytical skills and a strong attention to detail along with good communication skills.
