The Mechanical Team Leader - Corrugator role includes but is not limited to:
First responder in for Corrugator and associated equipment breakdowns.Act as the second responder for site breakdown coverage.Ensuring timely action and satisfactory completion of AM work as specified by OEMs.Provide technical support to the Maintenance and Production teams.Provide job planning support to the site Maintenance Planner including scoping and job kitting.Effectively assist in leading our team of Mechanical Fitters, Contractors, and other support staff on a daily basis.Play a key role in continuous improvement of processes and execution of efficient Corrugator preventative maintenance practices.Assist with ordering components and liaise with external stakeholders as necessary (with appropriate approval).Provide reasonable site support outside of normal working hours as required.Deputise for Mechanical Supervisor when required.We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves. The ability to demonstrate strong fault-finding skillsThe ability to problem-solveShow initiativeExperience working in corrugated packing would be desirable, but is not essentialTo be successful in this role, you must be a keen, energetic individual who has a good eye for detail, a hard-working ethic, and the willingness to learn. This role requires a great deal of flexibility to work overtime during the week and weekends.
