Brownes Dairy has a diverse portfolio of award-winning fresh dairy products including milk, cream, yoghurt, flavored milk, cheese, and desserts that are sold nationally and internationally.

As a Junior Brand Manager at Brownes Dairy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products and brands through strategic planning, creative execution, project management, and consumer engagement.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive brand growth and market share by implementing product and marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our products in the marketplace.

We're looking for you if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and a passion for brand building, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
