About the role
With EPC projects and clients growing, we are looking for a customer and delivery focused Electrical Supervisor who is proactive in delivering on our client's expectations. You will work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and work to maintain the dynamic team culture at Verbrec. You will be exposed to clients across mining, water, oil & gas, utilities, renewables and other local industry projects.
As an Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Electrical construction activities completed safely, on time and budget Input into electrical construction portions of EPC tenders Developing and managing strong client relationships Managing electrical construction teams and sub-contractors About you

3+ years Electrical Supervisor experience in a similar position Previous supervisory experience within the resource industry Previous experience in managing electrical subcontractors Hold a Grade A WA electrical licence and white card Ability to qualify for In-house Electrical Nominee (preferred) Solution-focused, practical, functional problem solver Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work Inductions with Tier 1 Mining Companies (Preferred) Statutory Supervision as per Section 26 (Preferred) Must have the right to work in Australia The new Verbrec brand represents our evolution and continued growth by leveraging emerging techniques and technologies for the benefit of our clients.
