Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the Accounts Payable function by performing end-to-end accounts payable; from invoice coding and entry to payment and remittance advices Maintain the account payable inbox, answering vendor queries Maintain vendor cards in the Finance System (Business Central) ensuring bank details and contact details are kept current Process and reconcile credit card expenses through the system ExpenseMe Pro Track and maintain corporate credit cards Prioritising tasks according to company requirements and meeting deadlines Reconciliations, preparing invoices and contacting Debtors. Essential Skills and Experience: Must have Cert IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent Minimum 2 years' in similar role performing end to end accounts payable Extensive experience using Business Central or equivalent large ERP is essential Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel Highly experienced in transactional coding, and data entry Complete tasks in a timely and effective manner Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to form working relationships with internal stakeholders Proactive approach to work Analytical and have problem-solving skills along with time management and excellent communication skills. Flexibility with working hours and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands. Attention to detail Good judgement and initiative Professional manner, high level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in working to deadlines and time management skills. Experience with managing high volumes of emails Permanent Residency in Australia.
