Applications for the following Boarding House position to commence mid-May are sought:
Full Time Term Time Full Time Candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including some weekends
Shifts Morning shifts (6.00-8.30am) Afternoon shifts (3.15-10.00pm) Some Sleepover Shifts (commencing at 10.00pm and finishing at 6.30am) Boarding House Staff are an integral part of the team which cares for the development of the girls.
Each employee must have a genuine desire to work with adolescent girls who are living in an environment away from their homes.
Experience in residential care would be an advantage but is not essential.
Requirements The successful applicants will ideally have experience in working with adolescent girls in a residential environment, relate well to children and hold, or be eligible to apply for, a Blue Card prior to appointment.
The candidate must be willing to have their name submitted to the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register and obtain a First Aid and CPR Qualification.
The successful applicant must be able to support the Anglican ethos and Code of Conduct of St Hilda's School.
