Communicate with any drivers who may need to stop for a break due to fatigue events. Communicate with service providers about any faulty devices, and follow through to ensure the faults are rectified. Monitor resources and demand, proactively identifying, managing, and escalating potential challenges or risks before they escalate into issues. Interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders to make sure logistics and transport processes are managed. Maintain adequate coverage of Nexus Centre Officers on a daily basis, including fulfilling Wellness Centre Officer duties during leave or absenteeism as necessary. Ensure your compliance with all service level requirements, consistently meeting and exceeding established standards. Skills & Experience Demonstrate strong customer service skills, ensuring all interactions meet or exceed customer expectations. Exhibit excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively address challenges and find optimal solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven intermediate computer skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to work within a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Ideally a background in transport, logistics, and supply chain industry experience. Why Join Centurion?
