The Role:
There is an opportunity within the business for a Business Development Manager to come on board and grow the rent roll organically. The agency has a very well-established database to farm from, as well as a consistent source of leads from a strong sales and property management team. However, being able to create your own new management opportunities is very much desired and favorable.

Skills/Expertise required: Previous experience working in Real Estate is required. Either as a Real Estate BDM, Sales Agent or Property Manager. Experienced BDM who knows how to convert opportunities and create new management opportunities. Loves Property Management and has been a Property Manager previously is preferable. Knowledge and understanding of the current legislation as well as a current WA Property Registration. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. Knows what it takes to be part of a high-functioning team and wants to work in an amazing company culture.
