The Opportunity: Join the dynamic Seven Canberra Team and embark on an exciting new career opportunity! We are currently seeking a dedicated News Director's Assistant to collaborate across our regional markets. This role presents an ideal entry level position to begin your career.
Based in Canberra and reporting to the Studio Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
Assist in the studio pre-production and presentation of Seven News ProgramsLiaise with necessary departments on a regular basisPrepare all material and content for broadcast under the direction of News Department.Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and general upkeep of all studio equipmentQuality control and assisting in the day-to-day production aspectsYou will need: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop effective business relationshipsGreat organisational skills, proactiveness and the ability to adhere to tight deadlinesAdaptable and able operate in a fast-paced environmentTo be tech-savvyStrong attention to detail balanced with excellent time management skillsExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalWhy Seven Network?
