About Cadia
Our Cadia Valley Operation in New South Wales is situated about 25 kilometers from Orange and 250 kilometers west of Sydney.
Cadia produces gold doré bars from a gravity circuit and gold-rich copper concentrates from a flotation circuit.
The operation includes the Cadia East Mine which is globally renowned for its use of block caving, a large-scale underground mining method.
We acknowledge the Wiradjuri people, traditional custodians of the land surrounding Cadia, and proudly run an Indigenous Buddy Program to enrich the workplace experience for our Indigenous employees.
As a residential (drive-in / drive-out) mine, Cadia values community deeply, offering both financial and in-kind support to organizations across Blayney, Cabonne, and Orange townships.

Who we're looking for
With the continued growth of our Mining Projects team consisting of Underground Development, Haulage, Cave Establishment and Civil Services/Infrastructure, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced underground personnel for a range of current and upcoming opportunities including:
Underground Truck Operators (Experienced and New to Industry) / Watercart Operators / Grader Operators Underground Agi Operator Nipper / Cabolt Nipper (Experienced and New to Industry) Service Crew / Civil Crew / Cable Jacking Crew / Prep Crew / Heading Crew Charge Up (FIFO / DIDO Available) Shotcreter (FIFO / DIDO Available) Bogger Operator (FIFO / DIDO Available) Cabolter (FIFO / DIDO Available) Production Driller (FIFO / DIDO Available) Jumbo Operator (FIFO / DIDO Available) With the current works to establish the PC2-3 cave and active development works on the PC1-2 cave, this is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class mine site with exciting and long-term career prospects and development opportunities.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for upcoming opportunities, applicants require the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated underground experience in your nominated role.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive hazard and risk awareness.
Manual C Class Driver's License is required with an ability to safely operate in an underground environment.
You will possess a passion and drive to ensure high safety standards, be team-oriented, as demonstrated by your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
