Job Description Newhaul is looking for a dedicated Mobilisation and Relocation Coordinator to manage and deliver a seamless relocation and onboarding experience for our new team members in Geraldton.

Reporting directly to the Senior People Partner, People, Culture and Training, you will:
Manage all aspects of employee relocations, from travel and accommodation to short-term housing setup.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including local tours, welcome packs, and support for family needs (e.g., schooling and childcare).
Build strong relationships with local businesses and service providers to enhance relocation services.
Act as the primary point of contact for new hires and their families, providing ongoing guidance and support.
Continuously improve the relocation program through feedback and innovation.
Qualifications To succeed in this busy hands-on role, you will display the following attributes and meet the requirements listed below:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or with transferrable skills in HR, administration, or project coordination.
