It would be suitable for someone who is either wanting to step up from supervisor/assistant manager into a manager role.

About The Role: Review work performed by staff members in your team - specifically strategy Preparation of business advisory reports including cashflow projections Mentoring and training accountants in your team Managing your team's workflow Meet With New and Existing ClientsInitial New Client Meetings Strategic client meetings Business advisory Strategic tax planning and structuring advice Tax & Compliance Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a public practice firm Experience with working and communicating with clients Ability to prepare financial statements, tax returns & BAS end-to-end at a high level Moderate to High level of technical knowledge and be able to communicate this simply with clients (Div7a, GST, Tax) Ability to train junior staff members and perform reviews on all work including tax returns, BAS, tax planning and advisory reports Moderate to High level of Business Advisory, Advice and Tax Planning - eg Structuring, Tax Planning, CGT etc Experience using Xero and QuickBooks Check Us Out Pictures say 1000 words but videos say more.
