New Vehicle Sales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a New Vehicle Sales Manager for our Ford department at Valley Motor Group.
Its a great time to be a part of the Ford Brand with Ford Ranger currently number one seller, the recent launch of the F150 and new model Mustang.
Not to mention the Ranger Hybrid which is just around the corner as well.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the sales floor, with the key areas of focus being;
- Reaching Manufacturer targets in sales and CSI
- Manage follow up with sales staff
- Yard Presentation
- Advertising
Stock levels/ordering
The successful applicant will have drive & determination, a record of target achievement and the ability to work well under pressure.
They will be able to get buy in from their team and show an ability to get the most out of the people around them.
They will also have the ability to follow a process and require the same of their team.

Automotive Sales experience is necessary.
Current Ford sales experience whilst desirable is not essential.
