Vic Park City, a leading automotive dealership in Victoria Park, is looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our team and drive success with two innovative brands—JAC Motors and Zeekr.
What You'll Do: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for both JAC Motors and Zeekr vehicles.Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions and sales campaigns that drive foot traffic and online inquiries.Foster relationships with new and returning customers, ensuring a seamless buying experience from start to finish.Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, industry trends, and competitor activities.What You'll Need: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team to exceed sales targets.A passion for customer service and a track record of delivering outstanding client experiences.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of JAC Motors and Zeekr (or other EV and new energy vehicles) is a plus.A valid motor vehicle sales licence for Western Australia.A valid driver's license.Working rights for Australia.What We Offer: Competitive salary and bonus structure.Company vehicle and fuel allowance.Opportunity to work with two fast-growing and innovative vehicle brands.Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development.Career progression opportunities within the dealership group.How to Apply: Ready to become a part of the Vic Park City family?
