We are looking for a BMW, MINI & Motorcycle enthusiast who has a passion for providing exceptional, memorable guest experience and sales to perform the role of Vehicle Sales Consultant, serving as a product specialist and customer service/sales expert. You will be working with a small, professional team of dedicated BMW, MINI & BMW Motorrad enthusiasts at our Dealership in Invermay.
ABOUT YOU We don't expect you to necessarily have sales skills when you start, as we're willing to help the right candidate with a stand out professional attitude develop this over time.
However, you will need to be passionate about customer service, and comfortable around people. You will need to have a good grasp of current technology and have a can-do attitude. Importantly you have an eye for detail, be able learn quickly, follow company processes and be reliable.
Previous exposure to product selling and/or customer service will be highly regarded but car sales experience isn't a must - we're ready and waiting to train and develop the right candidate! We're looking for relatable, transferable skills, complemented by enthusiasm, attitude and drive, adaptability and genuine commitment to establishing lasting connections with our valued customers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE A current, vehicle drivers license is required.
A currently motorcycle license would be highly desired but not essential.
