It is a great place for a motivated sales person to hone their skills.The RoleAs a sales professional, you must understand and demonstrate the characteristics and features of vehicles for sale.You will be responsible for developing and closing potential sales leads by delivering a high level of customer service and sales technique.The Salesperson will:Ensure all customers that visit the store are appropriately assisted.Overcome objections and negotiate the sale.Keep a current knowledge of stock.Achieve monthly KPI's set by management.Follow a thorough road to sale process.Skills & ExperienceExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Applies negotiation and persuasion skills.Previous experience in automotive sales is ideal, previous general sales experience is essential.Proficiency in the use of computer systems and customer information databases.Must hold a valid NSW Drivers Licence.What Makes This a Great Opportunity?We are one of the largest automotive dealerships on the NSW Central Coast with some of the best automotive brands - Mazda, Subaru, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Isuzu, Nissan and reliable used cars.CCMG offers the rare benefit of being closed on Sundays.Regular training and support provided by management.Access to great facilities and department social events.How to Apply?If you feel this role is suited to you, please complete the application form or email ****** with your resume and any other relevant documents.
