About the Role To support growth and development within the industry, BHP is offering Traineeships across our BMA Operations. This program provides motivated and passionate individuals the opportunity to learn new skills whilst experiencing life on site. Our Trainees will be equipped with the resources and support needed to establish a fulfilling career within Mining.
In undertaking this 12 month, fixed term traineeship you will work as part of a crew in mining operations teams, with on-the-job industry training and support, whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification.

To be successful in our Traineeship you will have:

Please note as part of this recruitment process the successful applicant will need to conduct a Queensland legislated coal mine workers' health assessment.
From 1 April 2023, ResHealth will be mandatory for the completion of coal mine workers' health assessments, allowing you to submit, monitor and review the progress of your health assessment in a secure online environment.
