As Back of House Supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that all operational and administrative tasks are completed accordingly, while also supporting the Floor Team Members to achieve overall duties and responsibilities.
As a Back of House Supervisor, you are responsible for, but not limited to:
Oversee daily and weekly tasks including reporting, handling deliveries, maintaining order and tidiness of back of house area, avoiding damage and preventing stock lossManage Back of House Assistants, ensuring all KPIs are met, stock levels are replenished, and products are priced and tagged correctlyPlan and manage stock deliveries, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to meet time framesEffectively manage stock levels by department, brand, and styleCoordinate Stock Take with theStore Manager, Profit Protection and Back of House TeamEnsure Back of House standards are maintained in line with company expectationsWork with your Store Manager to plan and prepare for high volume deliveries for key trading periods of the year, ensuring all Back of House operations are seamlessWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1-2 years' experience in a similar position within retail or a like industryExperience working in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is favourable, but not essentialExperience managing and coaching a teamMaintains a positive can-do attitudeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word etc.Strong operational skills with a high level of attention to detailThrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environmentOpenly shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goalsAn ability to enthusiastically look at a challenge as an opportunity to develop yourself; your career and learn new skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in social situations through engagement with customersWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
