The Lion Supply Chain Management Team is on the lookout for a result-driven NPD Process Leader to join our newly created SC Central NPD Team!
This newly created role is an exciting opportunity to take charge of developing and enhancing internal processes that drive the delivery of new products and product changes across our breweries.
As NPD Process Leader, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our new products, working alongside talented teams to bring exciting innovations to life!
This is a 12-month fixed term full-time position and can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney.
Reporting to Supply Chain NPD Delivery Leader, you will: Become the Supply Chain Accolade SME (Innovation Stage Gate Project Management Tool) and single point of accountability ensuring a single source of the truth for product change reporting purposes. Prepare detailed reports showing current NPD execution across the business focusing specifically on Supply Chain implications.
This will require sound judgment to identify delivery issues/risks and collate your findings for presentation in the correct IBP/IBP feeder forums. Focus on and be responsible for improvements and maintenance of SC NPD processes and tools including, the workflow processes, SharePoint, Accolade and BI reporting, supporting specifically NPD specialists and Site Optimisation Managers. Manage the reporting of NPD key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure smooth communication across teams. What We're Looking For: Proven ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams. Strong technical proficiency in BI, SAP, and Accolade systems, alongside advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and anticipate risks. Analytical problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity. There's a lot of work to do in this space.
