Do you want to be part of a team developing new analytics solutions to support the growth of our global business? Do you enjoy project managing and delivering complex data-driven projects and working closely with colleagues and clients? Are you able to create compelling analytical insights? In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing NousCubane's suite of new analytics and business planning solutions, which leverage and extend the principles developed through NousCubane's UniForum program which is now in its 14th year of operation. Successful delivery of new products will require you to be a self-starter, to develop strong collaborative relationships with our team, and to develop clear and compelling analysis for clients. You will also contribute to the development of NousCubane's intellectual property.

We are a medium sized business over 50 people across offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, London, and Toronto. We work with some of the most prestigious universities in the world as members of our collaborative benchmarking and insights programme, UniForum. The new analytics products we aim to develop will extend the insights already available through our growing portfolio of data solutions, and deliver powerful strategic and organisational design analytics for use by our clients.

As New Product Development Manager, you will: Project manage the development of new analytics solutions, guided by a clear workplan including frequent opportunities for stakeholders to contribute to product design, and to test outputDevelop business cases including market and competitive analysis on new products to demonstrate the case for investingDesign and test new analytical frameworks, methodologies and digital workflows required for new products, with input from internal subject matter expertsDevelop resourcing models for the delivery of new products, spanning pre and post launch activityWork with product management and engineering teams to translate new product concepts into full product releasesIdentify and facilitate the testing of project risks, spanning client interest, resourcing assumptions, data quality and beyondAssist with go-to-market plans for new products, including designing pricing structures, marketing strategies and guidance materialsAssist in the delivery and facilitation of product marketing presentations, workshops and events related to new productsIdentify opportunities for the continuous improvement and future product developmentContribute to the development of new knowledge that supports the regional and global business.A bit about you:  Strong academic and analytical background, with a bachelor's degree or higher. Preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Economics, Finance or similar3-5 years' experience in data-driven consulting, product development or line management projectsProficient with using business intelligence tools and data analysis to test hypotheses, create compelling insights, and identify data quality issuesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExperience in leading and delivering projects that have met stakeholder expectations (ideally projects with data analytics and/or digital components)Proficient using MS Office and web-based tools to manage project collaborationHighly organised, with excellent attention to detail and experience in project managementOperations and strategy consulting experience (preferred)Familiar with the software development lifecycle (preferred)We would be interested to hear of any experience you have in Higher Education (not a pre-requisite).
